To whosoever wishes to read this,
Am tired!
This is something I keep on saying on all the sad days.
But last night when I actually thought of it, I realized that yes, am done with everything in life.
To most of you, I might sound stupid and few of you will think am saying this stuff because I had a break up or a fight at my place but, no!
Neither I had a break up nor a fight at my place.
I am saying all this in my senses, and I mean every single word that is mentioned.
In a book by the great and also my favorite writer Paulo Coelho, I read that "humans are born to survive and not to succumb." I found this to be the biggest truth of each one's life.
Thousands of problems and still that fake smile is so perfectly up on each one's face.
These days we are so busy faking our lives to such an extent that we have completely neglected our most honest emotions.
While moving further I would like to put up a question : There are days when nothing is good and then there are days where you have to fake smiles and sometimes laughter too. I don't think there is any single day where we act the way we actually are and the way we want to. Isn't it ?
Am so much tired of this fake virtual world where what you want to do, your dreams, your career choices, your passions, and everything that should depend only and only on you, the decisions which should only be made by you, and all the similar stuff has to first go through the so-called society's rule book, and about 99% of things end even before they actually begin at the first place.
In this small little world, the most important things are what the society thinks about you, what career choices you make, how much did you score in your Board Exams or which rank you secured in the various competitions, the way you dress up, the choices you make, the way you try to prove your point and all that regular shit.
In today's world, when we talk about modernization, we observe the changes in clothes, languages, way of talking, changes in personalities and much more. Does this all sums up modernization? Does it justifies the word "Modernization" ?
I don't think so it does!
Even today people are not allowed to do what they actually want to, students are not allowed to pursue their dream professions, ladies aren't allowed to do various stuffs.
Why does everyone has to be a Doctor, Engineer or an IAS officer ?
Why can't they be a poet, a writer, an artist, a dancer, a singer or whatever they want to ?
As an individual one should has all the rights of the world to do whatever they want to and if in any case, we as youngsters are going wrong, it is duty of our elders to guide us and help us choose the right things. But, today if a youngster goes wrong, our great elders come to us with all sorts of tantrums, stupid excuses, explanations that end with emotional dialogues. All this doesn't results into something productive. Instead, it results into a brain wash after which we are made to do what they want us to do and not what we want to.
The way our elders react on our mistakes have lead to a different kind of feeling which keeps on scaring us because we know our life is not a fiction story where everything is going to end as it should be rather it leads to more depression and so we keep our emotions bottled up inside us till the time we can and kill our passions, our dream and everything we once wished to do. And then there comes a point in life where we are tired of all this, we are tired if everything and of nothing.
As I reach the end of this letter kinda write up, I guess now you as a reader can understand what kind of tiredness I was talking about at the beginning.
I guess now I should rest my words for once and let the dots take over...for it's in the dots that we define ourselves the best, isn't it ?
From
The girl who is actually tired
